I make a Difference

First, I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to my right hand gal, Mindy, for honoring me with the, “I make a Difference” recognition.   Your kind words really do mean a lot to me.   We truly do make a great team. 

Today, I would like to pass this honor onto someone that not only makes a difference in the lives of our students, but also in the lives of the faculty and staff here at Windsor Woods.  This difference maker always has a smile to share, and a sincere shoulder to lean on.  This difference maker is a relationship builder, a teacher, and defines team player.  Whenever asked for help, or to participate in a school event, this difference maker does it without any question or reservations.   More importantly, he laughs at all of my corny jokes without judgement! 

 I thank you Christopher Backus for the impact that you are making at Windsor Woods.   The children love you and so do we.   I want you to know that you are appreciated and your hard work does not go unnoticed.
